I've been doing the Freddie Mac files for 4 years, and I don't know if I've ever seen a listing agent for the Seller put this much effort into resolving a potentially serious problem in such a timely manner and with such integrity. I have been so inspired to see you doing this level of research and hard work, and continually communicating with the parties involved in this escrow. 9 times out of 10 I end up doing all of the legwork on these code violations or permit violations, and escrow drags out because I don't have the resources (leaving to inspect the property, etc.) that the agents do, so I really never expected this level of involvement on the listing side.
